Great hotel, perfect location between the airport and train station. Rooms are in good and clean condition, good breakfast with a wide selection of foods. The service and friendliness of the staff was amazing! I forgot my phone in the taxi to the hotel and Keyon and Yoyo went out of their way to help me retrieve my phone. They translated and arranged for my hotel to be brought back to the hotel and went beyond to ensure I had a very pleasant stay! 10/10! Would 100% recommend staying here and a big shoutout to Keyon and Yoyo!

I had to visit the US Consulate so location was perfect. Great hotel. Breakfast was basic but good and roomy was spacious and very clean.

Moreover, when I asked the front desk if there was no concierge, the front desk directly replied, ” ”Yes, no” seemed to be a matter of course, leaving people speechless, and he didn't offer to help with the luggage at all. Secondly, it rained heavily in Shenyang the next day. I asked the front desk in advance if I could borrow an umbrella, and got a positive answer. Then when I went downstairs to borrow an umbrella, the front desk gave me a very small transparent plastic umbrella. This is Do you mean ”umbrellas that can be borrowed”? At my request, the front desk looked for it again, and this time they got a normal umbrella, which was very speechless. Third, I called in the room to ask for some towels and clothes hangers, but I waited for more than ten minutes and no one came. I was anxious to take a shower and go out, so I called and asked again, and this time I waited another five or six minutes. It only took a few minutes to bring a few hangers, and I forgot about the towels. After I mentioned it to the staff, I waited for a while to get the towels. It took more than 20 minutes from the first time I called to the time I got everything. This time is yours. Two or three rounds of the hotel should be enough, right? I have no idea what the staff is doing. Finally, the shower head only has an ordinary hand-held shower head, and there is no overhead shower head. It is unexpected that the shower facilities in a hotel hundreds of years old in Shenyang are so simple. To sum up, the hardware facilities are not very good, but the service and other software aspects are very poor. Why was the service item given one and a half stars? It was purely because the front desk finally found me a normal umbrella. Otherwise your service will only be half a star at best.
