When I complained the next day, the receptionist was quick to act. She called security and went through all the notions with them. Besides this, I really really like this hotel. The staff were amazing, especially the housekeeper in charge of my floor. I caught a cold and she made sure I had enough water and got me a humidifier also. There's a sense of coziness and comfort with her around. Unfortunately, I never got her name. Oh and I got a free upgrade too.
