When my daughter fell ill and missed breakfast, Room Division Manager Robert kindly set aside some bread for her. The Front Office Guest Services Manager helped arrange medication and even coordinated with the restaurant to prepare millet porridge outside regular hours. Special thanks to Night Guest Services Manager Tom and his team, who went out of their way to assist us with an urgent matter involving local government.
