Well-trained housekeeping staff and convenient location near food streets and shopping malls make it a top choice for me. Especially Shenyang Atour breakfast varieties are more and tastier. Like their Kao leng mian (烤冷面）during breakfast time. The staff member at the working station truly deserves recognition! She consistently demonstrates a positive attitude, ensuring every customer receives their orders promptly. What's more impressive is her exceptional multitasking skills, effortlessly handling 10-15 menu items simultaneously. Her dedication and efficiency make a significant impact on the overall customer experience.

Amazing value for money! My room was huge (not sure if upgraded or standard) but either way was amazing for what I paid Also super convenient location to get around Shenyang, it’s not right in the central area but being right across from the main station makes getting to all the sights in Shenyang super convenient. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

It was my first time to stay in a good hotel in Shenyang ~ the layout of two bedrooms and a living room is great! After we went to stay somewhere else the next day, we decided to come back to Tianxi to spend our four-day and three-night trip in Shenyang! On the first day, the housekeeper was super enthusiastic and said to us that welcome to Shenyang ~ let our ********* little potatoes feel the full Northeastern enthusiasm ❤️ We will come again next year to spend the winter ~

Stayed here for 1 night and booked 3 rooms. Very nice and accommodating with free laundry, free minibar assortment and smart room features. Fasho would stay again 10/10 would recommend.

I recently stayed at the Yicheng Hotel (Shenyang North Railway Station Subway Station Branch) and was thoroughly impressed. This hotel offers a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and modern amenities, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The location is unbeatable—it’s right in front of Shenyang North Railway Station and just steps away from the subway station, making it incredibly easy to get around the city. Whether you’re arriving by train or exploring Shenyang, the hotel’s prime location ensures a stress-free stay. The hotel itself is modern and stylish, with a spacious and luxurious reception area that sets the tone for the rest of the property. The room was equally impressive, featuring a sleek and contemporary design with cozy furnishings. I particularly loved the voice-activated controls for the lights, curtains, AC, and TV—it added a touch of innovation and convenience that made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast was another highlight. The spread was extensive, offering a mix of European and Chinese options, all fresh and delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day, whether I was heading out for meetings or exploring the city. Overall, the Yicheng Hotel is a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Shenyang. The location is good, not far from anywhere, and there are so many delicious foods nearby. The hardware facilities are very good and the hygiene is very good. The most important thing is that the girls and boys at the front desk are very good: warm, polite, considerate, and gentle in attitude, and they will answer any questions.

來這個酒店住三次了，第一次寫評價，那就好好寫多寫點。 首先先説我滿意的地方。1⃣️床墊和枕頭特別舒服 床墊是那種 躺上去感覺會陷進去但是又有支撐力的那種 枕頭也很舒服 2⃣️獨自出行所以比較注重安全問題 門裡有安全鎖 外賣不能送上樓但是有保安大叔給送 電梯要刷卡才能來這兩層 3⃣️吹風機我非常喜歡4⃣️樓層高 看日落特別好看 一個人在房間裏躺在榻榻米上看樓外的景感覺可以俯瞰半邊的瀋陽 再説點我不滿意覺得可以改進甚至不能理解無法忍受的事。1⃣️第一次來住的時候 靈機一動問了一下如果線下直接來訂房間有沒有優惠 説的是可以按平台最低價給我（當時我就想問那跟平台有啥區別 但這不是重點）當時給我推薦了一個沒有窗户的房間 會便宜點 但是屋子裡全是煙味 當時安慰我給我説開會門就好了 事實上是一直到凌晨三點我都不能入睡 感覺那個煙味已經沁進去了因為沒有窗户所以衹能開門 但走廊又沒有外來新鮮空氣，所以如果選擇這家酒店且對氣味比較敏感的一定要選有窗户的屋，窗户在走廊的都不要選。2⃣️關於衞生。當時是因為對這個酒店的床墊兒非常喜歡，所以第二天立馬又訂了一個有窗户的房型繼續住。當時選的是可以看景的榻榻米房，不得不説當天的落日真的非常非常好看，雖然我在的這個方向不好，衹有太陽的餘暉，但是也足夠靜謐，足夠好看了。然後我就想説這個衞生真的令我有一點兒不太滿意。榻榻米的周圍有灰塵，有大塊兒的皮屑，甚至有一些頭髮，當時我就立馬叫了客房保潔來幫我清掃，我本來想的是能不能全面拖一下或者怎樣，結果感覺她就隨便拿了一塊抹布進來擦，擦的不是很乾凈，感覺他們沒有專門的工具，吭哧吭哧的擦完了給我還整的挺不好意思的，也不好再説什麼。最後還把打掃的手套落在我房間了。包括今天第三次住也是。閲讀燈那個桌子上有一滴不知道滴了什麼東西，然後洗澡的地方地上是一個很莫名其妙的黃色的一灘。順便提一下，建議你們換一個一次性馬桶墊，真的很難用，太難用了。拖鞋也挺難穿的 3⃣️關於服務。我前兩次住的時候感覺服務是非常好的。第一天的房間環境讓我非常之難受，但是他們一直幫我想辦法，最後還給我拿了一個加濕器，還幫我開門，幫我在那兒看着。所以我第二天選擇續住了。第二天的服務也是中規中矩，挺好的，但是這一次給我一種大變樣的感覺。我覺得他們總是在反駁在質疑，而不是想解決問題或者安撫你的情緒。這次我在訂房間的時候，篩選喜好的時候就説想要一個無煙的房間，包括我在辦理入住的時候也提到了，請給我一間沒有煙味兒的房間。當時前台的態度是有煙味兒嗎？不清楚，但白天應該會放好了吧？然後就直接給我一張卡，我上去之後進門兒感到有一些煙味兒。説不清是煙味還是什麼其他的一些讓我有一點難以忍受的氣味。然後我就跟前台溝通，我説能不能換一間房？客房人員來的反應就是沒有，聞不到，我説我剛進屋的時候真的有聞到，他反正就是反駁，就説聞不到啊。最後是給我換了一間，我再去上一個房間，拿我的行李的時候，因為是從外界環境進屋裡，所以説還是聞到了那個味兒，我就説就是有這個味兒啊，你感受一下，從外面進來就是能聞到。他衹會説沒有，聞不到一點兒。那間房間一進去就感覺很冷，應該是前幾天沒有人住過，然後香味兒也挺濃的，後來開了會兒窗户好點了但是冷啊。而且這個空調打開也有一種味，好在比第一間好一點，而且我吸取教訓沒訂沒有窗户的房型。 然後就是關於第二天11點的鈴聲。給以後來選擇住這家酒店的人提個醒兒。他們每天早上11點會通過撥打你床頭那個非常刺耳的電話來問你是否要續住，並提醒你退房時間。我今天被這個東西嚇了一跳，因為我昨天睡得還挺晚的，今天就是一直沒有起來。當時處在沒起床沒開燈的情況下根本不知道在哪裡關閉，就等它一直響，一直響，一直響，響到掛斷，當時我拿電話給前台問是什麼情況，然後告訴我她們都是這麼做的。我説從來沒有人告訴過我呀，從來沒有人通知過我啊，我要被嚇死了。她還不太開心的跟我説，她們一直都是這樣的，説所有的酒店都是這樣的。不好意思，可能是我太孤陋寡聞了吧，我第一次碰到有人11點用那麼刺耳的鈴聲給我打電話，問我要不要續住，還説什麼提醒我退房時間，我在前一天晚上辦入住的時候，我就已經確認了我的退房時間，並且我的延遲退房服務是我自己在攜程花積分兑換的，這個我能不清楚嗎？然後等快退房差不多一點左右吧，當時在洗漱，沒有接到他們的那個電話，然後就有人來敲門問我關於退房的事情，朋友，還沒有到2點。一個勁兒催我是什麼意思呢？我不會不知道要退房吧？我前一天已經自己確認了，今天早上又被你嚇一跳，我衹是暫時還沒收拾完，而且並沒有到必須退房的時間。你們真的挺搞笑的，我第二次辦入住的時候一直騰不出空房間，是因為上一個住户一直不退房，那個時候怎麼不解決。。4⃣️關於隔音我感覺這個隔音好像比我前兩次來的時候要好一點兒，但是其他房間如果有大笑的聲音是可以聽到的。而且我不知道是這個牀板的問題還是地板的問題，還是這個樓的問題，你側着躺的時候，就其他房間的動靜會通過你的骨傳導你的耳骨被你聽到，我半夜一兩點左右聽到不知道哪個房間在錘什麼東西還挺神奇的。。但這點相對比而言也已經可以了，因為我接下來住了一個隔音更差的酒店。哈哈。是的，我本來由於行程沒有計劃好，所以在糾結要不要續住，結果今天給我整這麼一出，我徹底打消了續住的想法。還有那個早餐，我辦理入住的時候是一個人住，但是我訂的房間免費送兩份早餐。我當時聽到前台一個人給另一個人説什麼什麼兩份兒，但是一個人，然後讓她給人家説清楚，我當時想的是給誰説是給我説嗎？不知道，沒有後續了。反正最後咱們這個早餐也是因為沒起來而告終。 總之呢，前兩次來住都因為比較匆忙。沒有時間寫一個評價，而我每次住的時候也確實給我的很多外省朋友都推薦了你們家酒店，我説如果來瀋陽的話，一定要來住這一家。相對比其他那些設施老化的酒店，他們已經挺好的了。但是還是讓我遇到了一些不開心的事情。而且我沒想到你們家現在評分已經到4.7了。我第一次來住的時候，也就是兩個月之前，還是5.0的評分，零差評。結果現在如果要是篩選條件為4.8，已經看不到你們家了。也是有點唏噓。 整體而言就是還有待改善，但是在200出頭這個價位，這個地理環境，我覺得這個酒店已經算是中等中等偏上了。但如果想要讓客人真的賓至如歸。還有進步。希望你們越來越好，不要辜負我給那麼多的外省朋友推薦這個地方。

I really enjoyed our two day stay at the hotel. The hotel staff were all friendly and helped us settle in.The hotel has a laundry service and we were able to go to the eleventh floor and wash our clothes. The morning buffet breakfast was also very healthy and delicious. The hotel is near iconic sites in Shenyang, which makes it easy to travel around in Shenyang. Also, the Shenyang North Train Station is near the hotel. Less than 5 minutes. I would like to visit Shenyang again in the near future and hope to lodge again at this hotel. Technology fan ecstatic hotel! The whole house is controlled by a small voice, and the curtain lighting and air conditioning can be done by moving the mouth. The location is absolutely perfect, less than 50 meters from the subway entrance, and you can lie on the bed to see the night view when you go to Zhongjie to sweep the street. The water pressure in the bathroom is super sufficient, and the hot water is like a SPA when washing your hair. The cleaning aunt even wiped the socket gap bright, and the Virgo expressed extreme comfort. The sister at the front desk also reminded us that there is a free drink in the refrigerator when she helped carry the luggage. Please roll up this service!
