We were only there for two nights (stopover to head to Harbin)but the location was really centralised. You can easily walk to the city area and their hotel is not far from the train station.

Arrived early in the morning. The service attitude was super good. There was no parking space and the front desk took us to find a parking space. They also upgraded the room. I highly recommend this hotel because of its comfortable accommodation and atmosphere plus it’s clean so much. Location also is great in the center where are many shops and restaurants are so close to it. I couldn’t deny that the reception and all the stuff are really kindness and helpful, the most amazing thing that all the stuff are always smiling in your face. It’s wonderful great hotel you will never forget your staying here. Go and you will touch everything there.

The hotel is pretty close to Shenyang station and shopping area. Taiyuan pedestrian shopping street is so liveable and fun during day and night. I booked for a non smoking room but given a smoking room. After requested to change, they were happy to fulfil my request. The manager was so helpful, thank you. They don’t speak English but have no issue in communication. Next morning I’ve met the manager again in the lobby, he told the staff in the breakfast room to help me as well, she especially brought me a plate with knife and fork and showed me to a table, great service, thank you.
