Also, check-out is strictly by 2 PM, regardless of arrival time. This means even if you checked in late at night, your stay is less than 24 hours. Charging an extra half-day room fee for checking out past 2 PM seems unfair, and the deposit amount also felt a bit off, even though it was refunded before check-out.
