Beyond satisfied! I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Shenyang. First, the **service**: All hotel staff, including the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and cleaning crew, were incredibly friendly, patient, and customer-focused. Second, the **location**: Newly opened in 2024, the hotel boasts an extremely convenient location, very close to the Exhibition Center, Shenyang South Station, and Sujiatun Station. Our room featured two beds – one king-size (2 meters) and one large twin/double (1.2 meters) – comfortably accommodating four people, along with a spacious sofa. Third, **nearby amenities**: There are numerous dining options available, with many right on the ground floor. Ordering takeout is also incredibly convenient. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit!

The front desk service attitude is very good, and the facilities are quite new. There are two shortcomings: 1. The sound insulation is not good, and the sound from the corridor is clearly heard. 2. The cleaning needs to be improved. There were long hairs on the towels before, but I didn't take pictures. I woke up early and saw that there were too many hairs at the foot of the bed!

There are many places to eat around the hotel, and the transportation is convenient. You must go in advance to book the hotel. You can arrange a parking space. The security guard at the door is particularly good. The parking is directed and delicious.

During my visit to Shenyang, I discovered an amazing hotel, the Shenyang Huaze Hotel (Sports Academy Branch)! It's conveniently located very close to Shenyang South Railway Station and right next to a sports university. Both the Liaoning Provincial Museum and the Science & Technology Museum are just a 10-15 minute drive away. The museum is enormous and easily warrants a couple of hours of exploration! The Science & Technology Museum is perfect for kids! It's also not far from Taoxian International Airport. **Accommodation:** The rooms are spotlessly clean and equipped with complimentary tea bags and bottled water. In the morning, there's a fantastic breakfast spread with a wide variety of options! The hotel features a gym on the 3rd floor, a huge plus for fitness enthusiasts looking to maintain their routine while traveling 💪. There's also a self-service laundry room, so you won't have to worry about laundry. If you're departing from Shenyang South Station, I genuinely recommend this hotel! Ordering takeout is also incredibly convenient, with delivery handled by cute little robots! 🤖

The location is a bit remote, surrounded by small restaurants, the bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the room is quite big, there is also a tea room with tatami mats, the area is not small, but it is useless for a short stay, the room facilities are relatively new. The sanitation situation is not very good, but fortunately, the hotel staff can actively and quickly solve the problem. The service attitude is good, but the service quality still needs to be improved.
