房間居然有一衹很大的蟑螂，跟工作人員反映後表示同樓層沒有同款房間了，需要調到16樓。因為嫌收拾東西比較麻煩，然後要求工作人員上來打掃，工作人員就拿個掃把上來把蟑螂屍體給掃掉也不做任何消殺工作。
