선양역 300미터에 위치하고 있어 타지역 이동이 매우 편하며 태원가 중심 1km 도보 25분 정도 도착 쇼핑이 편하고, 객실시설이 아파트 원룸 형태라 세탁기 냉장고 구비 되어 장기 투숙시 매우 편합니다.
숙박비도 매우 합리적이며 우선 사장님이 매우 친절 합니다.
단지외국인이 숙박시 위쳇으로 소통하여야 하는데 언어 소통이 어려움분들은 조금 난이도가 있다고 사료됩니다.
객실시설도 우수한데 단지 청결 부분이 약간 미숙한 부분 있습니다.
청결 부분만 좀더 신경써서 개선 된다면 매우 좋은 호텔이라고 생각하며 적극 추천합니다.

一入住沒到5分鐘想說先洗個手，剛打開水龍頭水管就爆了⋯整個水噴的到處都是，老板有詢問說是否需要請人更換水管，但是我們想說只住一晚而且那時候時間也差不多8點很晚了就算了，只請老板派人來拖地。整潔程度不理想，沙發上全是屑屑，桌面上還有黏黏的液體，離譜的是桌子底下有前一組房客留下的食物紙袋。優點是地點很好，離瀋陽火車站很近，而且房間內還有免費的影音可以看，如果只考慮方便的話可以對付一宿。
