房間太冷了，孩子去參加比賽給我們凍壞了，這麼小的孩子哪受得了呀，商家提供的電暖器根本就起不到作用！極其不好的體驗

酒店依山而建，環境沒的説
雖感老舊，但是整潔乾淨
在酒店吃了晚飯，早飯，午飯，飯菜口味質量和酒店嚴重不符，感覺根本不是廚師做的，保潔大姐做的都比這個好吧

一家四口，兩個孩子，床睡不下。酒店主動幫忙想辦法解決，態度積極負責，熱情周到，還送了小點心，手寫了小卡片，雖然有主動提給好評，但就算不提也會讓人想給好評的。酒店很大，在棋盤山腳下，空氣清新，唯一遺憾的是如果我們等草長柳綠的時候來，會更完美，綠化面積超大，有小童娛樂區和小動物互動區，適合親子住宿，帶孩子去棋盤山爬完山不愛回家，就在這住一晚，第二天還能去動物園！
