位置：步行5分鐘即可到瀋陽故宮 大約7分鐘就是懷遠門 原點廣場也衹需要10分鐘步行路程 地理位置優越 導航標誌清晰 西華北巷停車場停車略有距離但説明酒店管家還是做足功課的（因為酒店對面停車場基本5-6元/小時 基本在120元+/天 但西華北巷停車場微信轉門衞衹要封頂30元/天）
衞生：床品乾淨舒適 整體乾淨整潔
服務：整體禮儀很好 響應速度快且合理 比如寵物政策加100元是在預訂日期後更新的 溝通後就説僅作為按金 無損壞就可退回（在有了“如家精選酒店（東營金融港店）”偷摸着改了寵物政策收費的前車之鑒後體驗感好的有點感動 畢竟這衹是民宿還不是什麼連鎖型酒店）
設施：酒店設施一般 無全屋智能家居-0.2 也沒有智能馬桶-0.3（體驗感不好的是馬桶蓋竟然連阻尼也沒有 第一次抽水時嚇一跳） 投影設備有房間不能使用後給我換了一間房間-0.5 也沒有無障礙設施-0.5（不得不提一嘴管家的優質服務 我辦入住時就問了嘴有無電梯 管家立刻告知會幫忙搬運行李 其實這種想人所想的意識會讓住客體驗感更好 聲譽好自然生意好）其能源設備給力（水恆温且大 空調也很熱）
舒適度：整體簡約設計 房間比較緊湊 床墊舒適 不過美中不足的是沒有一體式燈控-0.2
餐飲：有提供餐食和送餐服務（底樓大堂其實是個咖啡吧） 不過我沒吃也不與評價
加分項：無房型升級但可延遲退房+0.5 有洗衣機+0.5 這裡有個很漂亮的露台 很出片+0.5

因為寵物友好訂的酒店，貓貓休息得很好很贊哦😎白咖夜酒，很有特色，老闆應該是咖啡發燒友，隨處可見咖啡設備，衞生乾淨讓人放心。拍了好多照片供參考，沒有小院兒，綠植是二樓露台。

故宮五分可達，周邊旅拍的很多，一樓早餐是西式簡餐，出門幾分鐘就可以看到一個燒烤店，味道也不錯。老闆人也挺好

客房很滿意，環境好，一樓是老闆開的咖啡，二樓還有露台，帶孩子衞生也過關，離中街，劉老根大舞台，故宮和大帥府走幾分鐘就到，附近除了中街還有很多小飯店。老闆服務很好沒有電梯但幫着拿行李，還有文創袋子贈送，孩子們還印了文創印章。唯一不足的就是沒有自己停車位，門口單行線要開出一段距離才有路邊車位，對面其他酒店停車場6元一小時

服務超貼心！房間空調有點小問題，店家不僅迅速解決，直接免了房費還送了咖啡，這補救態度和誠意真的沒話説！
環境超讚有露台！晚上啤酒暢飲氛圍好，早餐超棒能量足。
位置無敵便利！步行到故宮、中街、大帥府，遊玩休息無縫切換。

酒店的位置挺不錯的，離故宮和大帥府都很近，酒店裝修也比較有特色，樓下的咖啡廳和二樓的小陽台都是一個不錯的拍照打卡位置。房間收拾得比較乾淨，住了三天，打掃和補充飲用水等都挺及時的。酒店提供早餐，太早餐很單調，每天都是一個漢堡+牛奶，另外小朋友需要收費，可以理解，但連住幾天早餐每天都是一樣的，這個體驗確實不太好，建議可以改進一下，適當換換花樣。另外房間的wifi效果比較差，建議可以改進一下，經常連不上或網速慢。另外我們到的幾天，瀋陽有下雨，二樓陽台下面咖啡廳位置天花板漏水，有點影響體驗，當然房間倒是沒有什麼影響，不過酒店陽台和咖啡廳本身是亮點，應該加強下維護。總的來説，這次瀋陽之行，入住3天，家人還是挺滿意的，好評
