設施：老五星酒店的氣場還在，設施已經開始老舊了，尤其是空調一點都不給力，房間温度一直保持在25度左右，這個是最讓人不舒服的地方。其他的還好。
衞生：不錯。
環境：市中心，還不錯。
服務：服務員的素質不錯。

雖然裝修舊點，但其他配套按準五星級酒店執行，服務一流，鄰近地鐵站，綜合體，高鐵站，下次來，還會住進東北大廈。

服務態度很好符合我對五星酒店的預期。前台和客房部都很親切。硬件設施相對老舊了些，跟現下常見的五星酒店比較略顯不足，特別是空調。整體環境符合預期。可能是因為發了不少廣告（附近交通站點裏看到不少）的原因吧，個人感覺價格偏貴，性價比不是最高。
