前幾天剛住過海拉爾的呼倫貝爾賓館，硬件環境，服務態度，設施個方面都超出預期，過年期間客人也少但是人家經理熱情，主動給升級到名人房。之前也住過北京的內蒙古賓館和大學裏麪的迎賓館，以為這種省會的高檔賓館都不會太差，定了兩間兩碗，結果在遼寧迎賓館打臉。1）一堆人大包小裹門口下車，無人迎賓，大堂經理都看不見客人走過來，頭都不抬。2）房間屋內燈光很暗 這個也不用太吐槽，大家都一樣也就認了，衹是當時不習慣 3）第一件房間衞生間木質格擋拉門 大概有兩米多高，已經脱離滑軌，往外輕輕以來就晃晃悠悠掀開快掉下來的樣子，找來服務員結果説沒事 你就用吧 都這樣，如果衹定了一間我就信了，另外一間沒問題，就找了大堂經理結果交涉才處理好。4）第二間房第二天出去玩回來有很大煙味，衞生間也有很大返味，叫大堂派人結果人家説聞不到，沒有味道 不了了之 5）自助早餐餐品種類極少。 6）房間沒有掛請勿打擾，結果下午三點回來還沒人來打掃，還得親自請人過來打掃。 7）取快遞比較遠 但是還好給安排了電瓶車帶人過去。但是我在想如果換了亞朵之類的就不能定時定點取回來然後按照樓層分發嗎。 總之槽點太多 優點就是園林環境好 北陵公園近，北陵公園還是很好玩的。
