別墅從車庫入口，晚上車庫走廊很黑，沒有燈，別墅一共四層，一層是餐廳和廚房，二樓一個小卧室，卧室不大，雙人床上有上個顧客的頭髮，衞生堪憂；旁邊是大客廳，有個滑梯，孩子愛玩，二樓沒有衞生間，需要去一樓上；三樓南北兩個卧室，中間一個廁所，但是不知為何三樓非常臭，瀰漫整個樓層；四層一個卧室一個廁所，中規中矩。整體評價：位置比較好找，老闆提前+微聯繫，服務有求必應，別墅裝修風格是傳統的中式，房間隔音不錯，衞生很差，二樓廁所很臭，影響睡覺。沒有照片，因為根本不想拍照。
