During the National Day holiday, I wanted to find a place with few people and not crowded to lie down. I chose Shengsi and Xihai, which was the right choice. The transportation is convenient. Basically, it takes less than 2 hours to drive from downtown Shanghai to Shenjiawan Pier without traffic jams. Because we couldn't get a ferry, we parked our car at the pier and took a big cruise ship for an hour and a half to Shengsi Island (I didn't choose a speedboat for fear of seasickness). The owner of the B&B ordered a car to pick up our three families. Let's talk about the B&B. The B&B is small but exquisite. The rooms are basically facing the sea. You can see the sea in the room. You can also provide meals. You can order meals from the butler for three meals a day. The butler purchases fresh ingredients every day, the price is reasonable, and the taste is also very good.
