Tanushaj Beach Resort

Wir sind schon zum vierten Mal im Hotel Tanushaj. Wir kommen nächstes Jahr wieder, weil es uns sehr gut gefällt. Das Zimmer war sauber und hatte einen schönen Blick auf das Meer. Der Strand ist ganz nah – nur 50 Meter. Unsere Kinder hatten viel Spaß. Das Essen war lecker, und die Mitarbeiter waren alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir fühlen uns hier immer sehr wohl. Wir empfehlen das Hotel gern weiter!

Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was anything but relaxing. The chaos was already apparent upon check-in: The hotel was overbooked, and there were no rooms available for us – we had to spend the first night in an apartment, which was then provided to us free of charge. Not a good start. Breakfast and dinner were poorly prepared and of very poor quality. All the food was cold. Drinks were unacceptable. Coffee was simply disgusting slop. Fruit was only available on Sunday dinner. There was a real crush at the buffet; locals would pile up several plates and then leave most of it – it seemed neither pleasant nor respectful. The beach was extremely crowded, and you practically had to "fight" for loungers. Absolutely unsuitable for a relaxing beach experience. The only positive thing worth mentioning was the room: modern and nicely furnished. However, the safe didn't work. There was also no tea set, as stated in the description. When asked about the functionality of the safe, the manager simply said that a safe wasn't necessary—that was all. Furthermore, there was no hot water for showering in the evening, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this category. Conclusion: Unfortunately, a very disappointing stay. We won't be returning.
