As always the lovely Julie went above and beyond and made my 14 year olds birthday a day to remember. Exceptional hotel, classy and elegant and the breakfast was delicious. We always stay at the florentine whenever we can as it’s so beautiful 😍

Staff were great. Room was lovely. Only things to let it down was the drinks on the bar were extremely expensive & the breakfast….which was an additional pay to the room….was sub standard. 2 small strips of “Streaky Bacon” isn’t what you’d expect on a breakfast at an establishment with a high end feel. Disappointing!!!

Great place
I stayed overnight, the staff were all lovely, very welcoming and helpful. The room was lovely, beautifully decorated and full of little extras that made for a great stay at a great price. Would definitely recommend and would love to stay again.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and dinner downstairs. There was plenty of parking space. The hotel was well maintained considering how old the house itself is.

Stylish room and great services
Very clean and stylish. Thanks all friendly staff who provided us great services. When we booked the dinner with 10 people, we were offered to use one of their private rooms full of classic characters.

Great place to stay
We have just returned from a short stay at The Florentine where we had an excellent stay. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, the room was immaculately clean, very spacious and included dressing gowns, high end refreshments and toiletries which is a really nice touch. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and enjoyed the well presented, tasty food. We look forward to visiting Sheffield again and will definitely stay at the Florentine again.

Amazing.
The inn Was amazing. We had a large room with a sofa bed and room for an infant's cot. The staff was fantastic. The service was exemplary and they made us feel special from the start. I would recommend the Florentine to anyone staying in Sheffield.
