There is a big supermarket opposite, which is convenient for shopping. It takes 12 or 13 minutes to walk to Chinese food. The room is small, with no desk, only a small round table, but it looks clean and sanitary.

Check in went smoothly. Previous difficulties verifying pre-payment via Trip.com seem to have been resolved. It's clear that a lot of work has gone into making the hotel the best it can be as Dayana reads all the reviews personally. I have no experience of the food as I usually arrive quite late and leave early to travel onwards.

Hotel always feels very clear and fresh and I like the decor. Well located for supermarkets and restaurants. The reception area is very nice with comfy seating areas. Room was modern and functional. The lift was out of order when I arrived but noticed it had been fixed by the early morning so resolved quickly. A good place to stay in Sheffield.
