The room we stayed on looks way worse than promoted on pictures. It is old, poorly maintained, and heating does not work. Check-in and out were automated, which was nice. Overall, the hotel is old style and needs renovation.

Stayed at Premier Inn Angel Street for a swimming event and had a great time. The room was clean and comfy, just what we needed. The restaurant was really busy, but Wendy, Sean, and Aaron were brilliant – friendly, calm, and super helpful. Made the experience much more relaxed. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at the Premier Inn. The check inn was easy and the hotel is right in the middle of the city (right next to tram stops). We used it to get to and from Tramlines festival.

The receptionist Tilly was great, it was very busy as auto check in was broken. And then she turned into a bar person and was even better.
