Great VFM, location and overall facilities offered. I always enjoy staying here as it’s conveniently located to where I need to be , 10 min walk from the station and has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

The overall accommodation environment and location are very good, and the price/performance ratio is very high. As a Chinese, there are many Chinese restaurants around, which makes me feel at home. The room hygiene is mainly a little dirty on the tea set.

The lady at the front desk didn't look very happy. The price/performance ratio was very high and the bed was considered very big in the UK. The guy who checked out looked much happier.

Fast, easy and very pleasant check in and out. Kept our bags in storage room for a full day on day of check out as our train wasn’t due to leave until 8:00pm.
Rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable.
Breakfast was great with plenty of options.
Bar food was lovely and reasonably priced.
Overall very happy with our stay.

The room is located in the city center, which is very convenient, whether it is to go to the train station or go shopping.
The sanitation is relatively clean, and the towels will be changed after the sign is hung. The only small drawback (a common problem in the UK) is that if you arrive early before the check-in time of 3 pm, you can only store it, and the storage room they have is relatively small.
