The hotel front desk service is very poor and the attitude is bad. They gave us a disabled room. We stayed for 5 days and asked to change the room. We negotiated with the front desk for 4 days and still couldn't change it. The service is really rubbish!

Overall it was very good. I was surprised at how spacious the room was. It was so spacious that I could even do a little exercise at the entrance. There were cups, a bottle opener, and water, which was great. I love beer, so I was happy when I saw a bottle opener, and bought a bunch of bottled beer at the local supermarket. The breakfast was very substantial. There was so much variety that I couldn't eat it all in two days, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
The only thing that was disappointing was that the drain in the shower room was clogged with a huge amount of hair. After I got in, the water overflowed, so I had to clean it up myself...I felt very sad. I don't think this happens often, so I guess I was just unlucky.
