Domina Coral Bay Harem

We arrived at Domina Coral Bay on January 1st, after a heavy storm. Unfortunately the room we were assigned had a flooded bathroom and the electricity wasn't working. Despite numerous reminders, the room was only made up in the late afternoon of the following day. It was not possible to change rooms. During our stay we needed help from the reception. Unfortunately there was a constant back and forth between the Harem reception (where we were staying), the central reception and the Elisir reception (where the guys from the Alpitour team were present). At the reception they were not always friendly and helpful. In two days the rooms were redone only in the late evening. The food was all inclusive and was of mediocre quality, while the à la carte food was very good. The return flight was scheduled for the evening at 11.30pm. We were told to leave the room by 12.00 and that a courtesy room would be left for us. Unfortunately, there was only one courtesy room in the whole village and we were unable to use it: to take a shower we had to go to the Spa and pay the entrance fee. The landscape and places are very beautiful. It is difficult to visit the whole village in one week given the vast choice of attractions. Overall the holiday was pleasant.
