Coral Sea Holiday Resort and Aqua Park

I never leave reviews on where I have been but I think this hotel deserves one! I travelled with my partner and this holiday was absolutely AMAZING! The hotel caters for absolutely everyone from the quiet pool to the animation team being around the main pool. There was never any problems getting sunbeds and most mornings the lifeguards would help you get a bed if you struggled to get your usual one. We truly did love this hotel and our 10 days that we stayed there but I wanted to make a special mention to Shanai from animation, she works exceptionally hard to do her job and make sure everyone is involved in all the activities they do from morning till night she really did make mine and my partners holiday the best it could be! On a whole the entire animation team were all lovely very chatty. Overall I would absolutely recommend this hotel to friends and family and hopefully if we come back later in the year we will see the same faces

Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Such a spacious resort with a lovely beach and many pools. It wasn’t at all crowded and you had a choice of sun beds everyday. We paid for a swim up room which had a private pool. The room was huge and lovely to have a private space to sunbathe but sadly the pool wasn’t heated so we couldn’t use it. The a la carte restaurants were lovely (apart from the Greek taverna, which should be avoided) and as the hotel was quiet, we were able to book all of them. It was nice to be able to have lunch at different places as well. The waterpark was small but my little boy loved it, especially the surf simulator, which we’ve never had at other hotels. Only down sides were: Main pool and private pools not heated. Two heated pools were like human soup. Kids club was a bit naf, with only colouring available and no programme of activities. My son only went once and said it was boring. Might be better in peak season. Main buffet restaurant food/atmosphere wasn’t great. But we didn’t have to use it much . Nowhere nice to sit in the evenings. The three bars were like conference rooms with no atmosphere. We tended to go to bed after dinner instead. Deafening music on the beach. But I think this may have been coming from the neighbouring hotel.

Our holiday was so good we loved every aspect of it from the food to the room service our daughter fell poorly one of the days and literally everyone was there to help such a friendly hotel The reps were incredibly friendly and with 5 stars going to Shanai

What an amazing holiday. Food was beautiful, fresh and tasty. Animation team were so friendly, fun and full of energy, they made our stay even better. Animation team always involved us in activities. Our room was huge and the bed was so comfy! We can’t wait to come back here 🥰 so luxurious and never felt so relaxed.
