The service is extremely bad. The attitude of the front desk is terrible. The service staff are all hateful. The check-in time is extremely long. They treat people differently. They discriminate against Asians and look down on Chinese people. They flatter Americans. The elevator is broken. There is no bus from the main entrance to the hotel lobby. You have to walk for half an hour. The room is smelly and there is no one to show you the way. 625 a night is not as good as a 50-yuan hotel in China. It is the worst hotel I have ever seen. The service attitude is the worst. There is no service at all. Hotels 30 or 40 years ago are better than this one. The breakfast is not fresh. The sheets are torn. The bedside tables in the room are not even cleaned. Really, avoid it. This is my first time reviewing a hotel. It is terrible. The security guard at the door even stopped me from checking out. What a lousy hotel!

DONT stay here if you have young children as there are too many steps and no proper lift access. The pools are small and close 4:30 and if you as of ethic background they don’t test you nice. Food is Awful and you will get the runs. Burgers taste like rubber and no English breakfast except an omelette

Классный отель, замечательное обслуживание и недорогие и увлекательные экскурсии. Очень понравилось сафари на квадроциклах и экскурсия на яхте. Максимально разнообразное и вкусное меню. Средняя температура в начале декабря 21-23°С и тëплое море. Очень рекомендую к посещению

Just arrived home,brilliant hotel,spotless our cleaner sammy was amazing,decorated the room for msons 18th birthday,the pool lad and pool bar lad was great lads I never had to move off my sun lounger and staff at the main bar and the ome onky level 3 were brilliant,food was great and location was the best,thank you for a great week.

Я не могу понять хорошие отзывы об этом отеле. Весь отель старый, обшарпанный, грязный. Все доисторическое. Уборка в номерах раз в 3 дня запарить надо чтоб убрали. Еда очень слабая. Маленький выбор, вкусно через раз. Я понимаю что цена небольшая но это вообще не 5 звезд. Это даже не 3 звезды. Месторасположение в центре Наама Бэй. Центр веселья вечеринок кафешек. Инфраструктура мощная. Аниматоры в отеле реально хорошие очень. Единственный плюс этого отеля. Все остальное острой. Я бы сюда не приехала даже за 500 долларов

Do not stay here unless you are 18 to 30 love boom boom loud music till 2.30 in the morning or Russian. This was Farr the worst hotel I have ever stayed in food good staff AMAZING can't do enough for you entertainment a waste of time . Full of Russian screaming children allowed to do whatever and whenever they want . Overall if all you want is to chill out and relax do not stay here stay in Doubletree Hilton Sharks Bay
