Great service, location is not on beach but the hotel has its own beach and provides transportation free of charge.
Would definitely recommend and return to it.

Very bad experience, not recommend it!
First with just arriving to the hotel after a long flight, the reception told me that there is no booking under my name and asked me to check with Trip.com instead of them checking with their supplier “ ridiculous “. Another thing the Mini bar was broken at my room and they couldn’t fix it during my whole stay.

This is our first time at this hotel but have been to Egypt many times the hotel it self is pretty much as 90% of the hotels we have stayed in it's clean penty of food all day everyday if you have a problem you only have to speak to customer relations and they will get it sorted out but if you don't they can't so before you come home and then complain speak to the customer relations girls Dona and Madonna both a credit to the hotel every time we go to Egypt we are treated like royalty nothing is too much trouble just ask and a please and thank you cost nothing the two weeks we stayed at the hotel was wonderful and as we got to know the staff it just got better from breakfast with Mostafa to the Arene pool with Romary Karim who work at the pool bar who made sure we had plenty of ice water and coffee and cocktails 🍸 and the lads who kept the pool lovely and clean Mohmed and Mido brilliant job and our housekeeper Hassan what a hard working young man nothing was to much trouble all a credit to the hotel 👍 and last but not least Mr Essam Fawzy Shenouda the EA Manager a lovely man who made sure that our stay was wonderful you will see him everywhere always speaking to the guests and making sure everything is as it should be and helping him is his right hand man Mostafa also a credit to the hotel to all mentioned well done 👏 and anyone reading this review just go and see the service for you self many thanks to all John& Noreen

We have stayed at the Kirosiev parkland. The staff have been amazing, especially Michael, the reception manager. We found the family room small. So he arranged a suite upgrade with no issues. Overall, in places, the hotel needs an upgrade.

Great hotel Decent rooms Amazing staff they made our holiday amazing and created the nicest atmosphere I’ve ever encountered on holiday😊 Had loads of fun the pool is nice The food left a lot to desire not great and ended up sick from it Great overall 😊

Vetoo is amazing very nice person. I loved his dancing on the bridge every morning at 10am and he has so much energy and I loved the pool games. Me and my family coming back at Christmas to see Vetoo because he was so funny. All my family and friends loved Vetoo

A great hotel , went for a cheap get away in the sun. The main thing that makes this hotel is the staff 100% George and Ashraf in waves bar and Karim at the bar by the main pool at night and our pool bar by day. Overall these 3 were top class👍 Food was average in my opinion a lot of variety but the same pretty much every breakfast,lunch and Dinner, the on site water park is a bonus and the entertainment is definitely more aimed for children . The cleaners are also amazing shout out to El Sayed who was awesome! Couldn’t really fault anything about the hotel to be honest! Will be returning the same time next year. Thanks again to everyone at the hotel . Ashraf ,George and KARIM! 👊👍🍻
