Spa Hotels in Shari

The shower in the bathroom is broken as there is no water coming out from the tap. I talked to the staff and were told they would check it out and reply to me as soon as possible. At the end of the day, I checked out with the tap still being unfixed, which means I have to clean myself with a small plastic wash basin found in the room for the entire stay duration. During checking out, the staff still gave me the response as before, that they were sorry about it and would send someone to check it out. For a hotel with such a high reputation, I do not think the services or amenities provided are up to par.

The service staff are very polite, smiling and can communicate in English. The room is large and comfortable; free drinks are provided in the lobby, and you can also enjoy a private hot spring session for free. The scenery outside the hotel is beautiful and you can watch the sunset.

You can soak in the hot springs on the balcony on snowy days, especially at night, listening to the waves hitting the rocks and browsing your phone in the moonlight. If it wasn't too hot, I think I could sleep on the balcony. The hotel provides a barbecue buffet for breakfast, and the beef is very tender. It is 5 minutes away from the bus terminal.
