第一次紹興遊玩，攜程上訊息問清楚商家是可以電瓶車充電的，就開開心心的來了。白天前台小哥很熱情，大方讓我們在大廳靠門口的位置充電，服務是真心熱情，我還説以後來紹興就住這，出行充電都方便。結果沒想到第二天準備出發去杭州遊玩，結果被告知昨晚十點老闆説不允許大堂充電就拔了。我衹想説，不是你們讓我大堂充電，我也不會在大堂放門口充啊，那拔了為什麼不電話我告知下，我第一次來紹興開開心心遊玩，人生地不熟的，可以引導我別的地方充電都可以的，我很好説話的。哪有這樣老闆不把客人放心上不告知，你們前台也不管不聯繫我告知我。導致第二天電衹充了37%。這是電車啊，不是油車啊 沒電我哪也去不了啊啊啊！真是滑稽，前台女孩子一直説老闆説拔了，我又不認識老闆，跟我説老闆就好像我電瓶沒有充滿不是他們的問題一樣，老闆就是天！房間本不想説的，因為白天小哥很熱情。其實房間雙床房靠太近，我們兩個大男人靠太近影響睡眠，所以我們把床放兩邊移了下，結果床底下一塌糊塗垃圾灰塵很嚴重，然後電話前台，打掃阿姨馬上來了也很熱情一直説不好意思。有句説句，總結一下：老闆和今早的小妹完全不把顧客當一回事，老闆心裏沒顧客，小妹推卸責任一個頂衹會説老闆説的，我不知道也不知道你們的房間號。（我衹想説，你是不是傻，你真為顧客着想，你不會問白天小哥我們是幾號房間提醒我們嘛，管理一塌糊塗）！很開心來紹興，把我第二天杭州行全部打亂，訂的飯店全部取消。過了半輩子，我的運氣第一次碰到這種酒店，這輩子不見，噁心至極的處世之道🤢
