紹興如家派柏·雲酒店（紹興魯迅故里店）在多個方面均表現出令人失望的狀況。首先，衞生狀況堪憂。進入房間後，可以明顯感覺到清潔工作並未做到位，地面、桌面以及床品上都有明顯的污漬和灰塵，讓人對住宿的衞生條件產生極大的疑慮。
其次，環境方面也存在不少問題。酒店隔音較差，夜間尤其明顯，嚴重影響了休息質量。同時，酒店房間非常小，內部的裝修和佈局也顯得雜亂無章，缺乏整體感和舒適度。
服務方面，酒店員工的態度冷漠，對客人的需求響應遲緩，甚至有時出現推諉責任的情況。在入住和退房過程中，也缺乏必要的指引和幫助，讓人感受到極大的不便。
