大堂副理服務很好，幫忙對接好了房間。酒店的地理位置非常優越，交通便利。步行幾分鐘就可以到達地鐵站，周邊還有景點，出行十分方便。酒店房間設施齊全，衞生乾淨！家庭出遊很推薦～

非常不好的一次旅行，第一，莫名升級房型，原本是件開心的好事，最後才知道，原來的房型因為有旅行團和企業團建，所以沒有了，新升級的房型要走轉幾部電梯還要走很多長廊才可以到。因我是提早2周前預訂的，所以不同意升級房間，但原來房型已經沒有了，最後無奈衹能多加200元一天，升級為行政房，然後直接補了差價後，突然前台告訴我，錯看電腦訊息了，衹能住一晚，後面一晚早就訂出去了，非常搞笑也非常不愉快。第二，進去房間後，雖説已經打掃好了，但是免費的礦泉水盡然是空瓶，叫了服務重新放置。第三，室內26度天盡然沒有空調，衹有新風，最後很多客人投訴了，才開啟中央空調。第四，我住四樓，盡然沒有熱水，説太高了，洗澡需要先打開熱水等待5分鐘以上才可能會有。第五，房間電視機住了兩天，壞了兩天，開啟不了，每天都需要服務生來修理，這樣的涉外酒店，怎麼會這樣。好的地方也是有的，早餐還是比較豐盛的，出行還是比較方便的。
