酒店位置：是最大亮點，旁邊小巷子走10分鐘就能到魯迅故居。挨着魯迅步行街，紹興菜館尋寶記走路5分鐘。
設施：訂了特別的Loft，中午12點半抵達，很多房間沒打掃出來。大廳非常小，等待入住的遊客小沙發都坐不下，行李箱堆的到處都是。
還有，沒有停車場，自駕的一律到酒店馬路對面公共車場，30元/24小時。
衞生：最吐槽的就是衞生間牙膏牙刷都沒放，廁紙就很小一卷，入住兩天，第二天保潔打掃房間丟垃圾都沒有補廁紙，要自己去前台取…真得好滑稽。刷牙時台盆有臭味從下水口飄上來。
服務：基本沒有服務，整個酒店除了接待前台和房間內，其他地方都是沒空調的。外賣師傅可以直接到你房間門口送餐，看起來很方便，但是晚上十點多，外賣小哥在隔壁很兇猛的敲門，並高喊“送外賣”，真的太吵了！
另外，房間空調排水口晚上滴滴答答，説實話，房價也沒特別便宜，住的感覺是真的差。
建議酒店：
1. 安排一個舒適的房間，讓等待入住的客人可以有地方坐！
2.安排行李房，來專門放寄存行李，全堆在大廳很難看。
3.搞個外賣架子，外賣小哥東西放架子上電話客人下樓自取。安全和環境有保障！

開弘易居酒店就在魯迅故居步行街區的地鐵站旁，也就是紹興古城的交通中軸線上，對於旅行的人來說，各方面都很方便。其他問題不大。

地址很好找，出門就是地鐵站，房間乾淨衞生，隔音也不錯，前台美女很熱情有禮貌，有機會去紹興還會住你們這裏。
