非常驚喜的一家酒店，環境很好，早餐很豐盛，菜品豐富，味道也很好。房間有咖啡機，洗漱用品竟然是歐舒丹。迷你吧也是免費的。管家夏至服務熱情、細緻、周到。還有一衹很可愛親人的小貓咪。

超級推薦的民宿，直接住進景區裏，在倉橋直街裏面的龍山後街，應該是景區裏非常精品的一家了，在大堂有一段樓梯到水邊，早上或者下午坐坐，可以沉浸式感受江南水鄉的韻味，民宿裝修本身也很好看，中式庭院水鄉風，有自己的小院子，佈景也很用心，3樓有觀景露台，晚風一吹，心曠神怡，服務非常非常周到，打車到孔乙己酒家，管家有接駁車來接送客人和行李，不必擔心石板路不好走，早餐很豐富有特色，還有黃酒下午茶和夜宵粥品，距離景點飯店都很近，方便，坐烏篷船碼頭走幾分鐘，門口是孔乙己和尋寶記望江樓，各種網紅小吃都有，真的太羨慕這樣的水鄉生活了，非常非常喜歡這家民宿，下次再來！p.s酒店用品非常講究，膠囊咖啡很好喝，吹風機徠芬，洗漱歐舒丹，馬桶是智能的，全屋小度可以控制，very nice

地點絕佳。就在旅遊區裡頭，步行能去很多景點。從魯迅故居走回來20分鐘，路上一路都是文創小店 買了很多東西，吃了很多東西。心情好。
最重要的是服務特別好，任何問題都能得到前台兩位美女的及時解決，服務精神盡善盡美。後邊的小夥子服務前台也很好
早餐伙食很不錯，阿姨們工作能力也很強，住了兩個晚上很開心。

朋友在一個月之前來的紹興 説這家酒店很fancy 我開始還有點不信 但是到了之後首先酒店環境就很贊 在景區裏面 而且位置絕佳！出行各個景區都非常方便！！服務人員的服務態度和質量 非常高！實習生管家超級貼心為早到的我們安排早餐！感受到真誠！酒店貼心的送了黃酒和小水果以及自製的黃瓜面膜！管家秋分人很nice 且主動接送我們！整個住宿體驗非常棒！ 以及推薦給朋友嘍！
