A very beautiful well run beach resort Hotel. There was an excellent level of extremely friendly service and all the facilities were of an excellent quality, always remembering that this is Africa! The only issue is the food. We had bought an all inclusive package and we’re happy to pay extra for A la carte if the buffet didn’t take our fancy, unfortunately despite everyone trying their very best most of the food was OK but not what you would expect from the quality of a hotel of this standard. My wife loved her massage and the pool and pool bar area were beautiful

We had a wonderful stay at Pride Inn Flamingo resort. I called the day of my stay for a pickup by their driver and was met a few hours later as I left the baggage pickup at Mombasa airport, by a smiling face holding a sign with my name. The drive to the resort was long. It was equally long on the return. But we were met by a cool drink and wet towel to refresh. The room wasn't ready yet so we had lunch first as they took care of our bags. Lunch, as was all of their meals was plentiful and had a large variety so even my picky eater husband could find plenty to satisfy. We aren't drinkers but drinks both alcohol and non were included in the all-inclusiveness. The room was great spacious and spotless. The shower was cool and because of the heat I didn't even notice. When I had trouble with the safe a call to the desk brought security to o fix it immediately. I must mention that both I and my husband had a massage and it was a don't miss item. I am a former massage therapist and believe me when I say this is worth every penny indulge yourself it's wonderful and I had manicure (my first) which still looks great a week later! This was the perfect way to end my Kenyan safari vacation.

The meals were delicious every time. The sea was right there, the sand was beautiful, and it was nice to sit back and relax and look at the ocean. One of the reasons I chose a seaside hotel was because I wanted to spend time listening to the sound of the waves, and my wish came true. I was satisfied with everything. It's a hotel I'd like to come to again.

Traveling with my son, we booked a package that includes three meals. This is an older hotel, the decoration is not new, but the overall maintenance is still very good, the management is standardized, and the staff is well-trained. The architectural planning of the entire park is well-arranged, with the relaxation and stretching of a resort hotel, the gardens and plants are well maintained, and there is its own private beach. The swimming pool uses sea water, which is comfortable. The view and scale of the room are quite comfortable. When the weather is good, dinner is in the open air. The singer's voice is very mellow, and there is a dance performance afterwards (the dancers should be hotel employees,) The atmosphere is very good. During the day, there will be someone smiling at you anywhere in the hotel? And ask if you need help or service. Special thanks to Pamela, her interaction and companionship with the children left a deep impression on the children, and my son likes her very much. In addition to the interaction by the pool and at dinner, they also made bracelets together. Let the children have a relaxing and happy time. The only drawback is that there are almost no vegetables at breakfast, and the flavor is relatively simple compared to dinner. If I come again next time, I probably won’t consider this mode of including three meals.

This hotel is quite good. My family had a fantastic 3 days stay ( too short though) for our 13th Anniversary trip, the staff( Cindy) quite good at her work. The food, unforgettable( the kids were unhappy that we were finally checking out.) we will definitely be back to this resort. Just one thing I noticed that may have made me deny one last star( to make it 5) is the payment side. My suggestion, once I check in and made commitments to stay, I would definitely pay. Since the guest comes in for a much needed rest, go easy on tracking his payments, let's sort the payment issues on checkout so he enjoys his stay.. I made a RTGS on a Friday 4 pm, and they should have waited till Monday 10 am. To ask me why my payment wasn't reflected yet. Apart from this you guys are quite good. Keep up the "staff culture" that you have in there.

Pros: -What a beautiful hotel.The location is amazing with a great beach which is not crowded. - Most of the hotel staff were quite friendly with huge smiles especially Claire and Remmy. - The food was quite delicious and fresh with a wide variety.Didn't get an upset stomach any day.The juice served is fresh which is good. 4 o'clock tea and snacks are also served. - The animators team.Woooooooooow. Amazing entertainment.If am not mistaken, Ali left us all holding our hearts when he was on top of those chairs.Compliments also to the mc,Lucky who did an amazing job both on stage and as the aerobics swim instructor. -The swimming pool was awesome and quite warm. The rooms and linen are clean and cleaned daily. Cons - Kindly ensure to ascertain that the room you paid for (garden view,swimming pool or sea view) is what you are actually given when you arrive.Keeping in mind all have a different price. - Some of the staff are not kind and were serving us as if they were forced to. This is specifically the staff stationed at the Blue lagoon restaurant. They further close the restaurant earlier than 11:00pm which is the last hour. My enquiry of the same was dismissed by the waiter who simply told me, we are closed! - House keeping : We consistently had to keep calling the reception to have our daily supplies( towels,soap etc) replenished.Its unfortunate we had to do so each day we were there yet house keeping could have simply refilled what was over. - Entertainment: This was another lowlight.While the animators captivated us the first day,the rest of the evenings passed along without much entertainment not even a live band. Overall,we enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

The food was amazing and fresh,, the services at Palm restaurant were top notch!!! The team building team did an awesome job (mokedo) . Keith from the Animation team conducted the zumba sessions very well,,it was never a dull moment☺️. The staff in general is very friendly,, the warm greetings .

At the door my family and I were greeted by the greatest friend we have made on this trip, Michael. He was so understanding and considerate, and this is coming from someone who has struggled at another hotel the previous night without AC so you can understand and relate with the frustration. Michael was so welcoming and from the jump it was a nice cool drink and a towel to disinfect. We toured the property before even talking figures and let me say it was a deal and a half. We definitely ran for the ALL INCLUSIVE which was worth it having 6 adults and 6 kids. The bedroom was beyond clean, AC is on point. The view was beautiful from the rooms as well and TV stations are plenty. Food was beyond amazing and being a buffet MAN can the chiefs really cook there and it's NEVER the same meal back to back. I was actually surprised. The drinks were spot on and the service was 5 STAR. The staff so welcoming and playful with our kids which made it feel at home. The pool was super clean and the beach and activities are just super. I'm definitely a returning customer
