Hotels near Shipaotai Park (Park of Stone Barbette), Shantou

Hotel occupies 4 stories of a mixed use building. It looks like a temporary hotel as there are construction works of another hotel or the same hotel going on within the same building. As the builders use the same 2 lifts serving the building, the lifts are very dirty and dusty as a result. There’s also no access control to the 4 hotel floors which means any outsider could enter the “hotel” corridors. Aside from this, the room was comfortable enough. The beds, pillows and sheets were new and comfortable. The room also overlooked the 内湾 river. For the price, however, it was disappointing that the room wasn’t equipped with a mini fridge, a rack for luggage, and adequate hooks for clothes. Many other budget hotels are better equipped.

The internal environment of the hotel is very good. The room hygiene is also good. All supporting facilities are clean. The customer service and security attitude are great. The greenery is so beautiful. The seaside promenade in front of the hotel is so beautiful. For only one dollar, you can take a big cruise ship to visit the small park. This hotel has the style of the Republic of China. Xiaoyuan’s tangerine and olive juice is awesome and pure. I bought a few bottles when I went back and took them home for my family to taste. The lady boss was very kind and gave me some fresh fruit.

Services and location are pretty good. Hygiene is very good. I like the shower utility the most, it’s really comfortable. I requested for help with the television and the staff was very efficient and helpful. One disappointment is the efficiency of the wifi and charging battery is way too slow. Overall, I had a satisfy experience there!

This is a small hotel so service and amenities are a bit limited but given the price and location, it is still value for money. The hotel does provide two maps one showing surrounding interest in Shantou city and the other one the surrounding areas. The People's park and ferry terminal are just 10 minutes walk away.

the hotel is conveniently located, making it easy to access local attractions. The room was impeccably clean and comfortable, enhancing our stay. However, the pricing felt a bit excessive for the overall experience. If you're prioritizing location and cleanliness, it’s worth considering, but expect to pay a bit more.

Good hotel in a great location, definitely would come back to this hotel! Only minutes walk from Mix C department store, where you can find a lot of things to buy, eat or drink. Although there are Banks of China but we could not withdraw money, and we're not sure where the ATM for foreigners are in Shantou. Not sure if ABC bank is around, but we could withdraw money from ABC bank in Jiuzhaigou and Chengdu.

Very good value for money, the room is large, very clean, there is a kitchen balcony heating washing machine, everything, very close to Longyan South Food Street and Vientiane City, parking around is very convenient, there are many parking spaces, short stay or long stay here is very suitable, very recommended. The boss is also very caring, the people are very good, and the various positions are informed in advance early, and I recommend everyone to come to his house!

Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we had a memorable experience with her assistance. It was around 10:30 pm when my wife and I encountered difficulties connecting to the apartment’s Wi-Fi. Despite the late hour, she showed remarkable patience and kindness, helping us resolve the issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication and customer-focused attitude made a significant difference in our stay, and we felt genuinely valued as guests because of her professionalism and attentiveness. Employees like her truly enhance the reputation of your establishment, and I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. Shantou is a city that I miss so much. This time when I came to Shantou, I booked the Pushe B&B on Ctrip, and it felt so good. The hotel is in a good location, in the China Resources Building next to the Mixc. Although it is in the downtown area, it is very quiet at night and will not affect sleep at all. There are delicious food all around. You can eat the best hot pot and various snacks in Shantou when you go downstairs. The hotel decoration is simple and creamy, which is also my favorite style. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, and there is a washing machine on the balcony, which is very convenient. The most important thing is that the brothers and sisters at the front desk are very enthusiastic, thoughtful, and careful. They answer all my questions as soon as possible, and they are not tired of introducing all kinds of my questions. Hahaha😂, which makes me have a better understanding and love of Shantou! I will lock in Pushe when I come to Shantou in the future✌😊😊

Location is near everywhere yet not near everywhere. It's in the middle of everywhere and is considered excellent location if you have access to DIDI transport. As a foreigner, such location would be a huge challenge if only relying on roadside hailing of taxi. The hotel main entrance is in the middle of both ”dropoff” points so either side, still have to walk a little. Not a big issue, unless it's summer which is exactly the season of this trip. even a 1min walk in 35degree is uncomfortable. Housekeeping is done daily, place is kept very clean, service is amazing, upon check-in, add the front office guy on your wechat and if you need anything or any information, it's just a text away. They don't provide proper towels tho, instead they give 4 one time use towel Room itself is very nice and interesting, it's a loft unit with high ceiling (I think it should be 6m height), so it's divided with a loft to form 2 ”rooms”. Decor nicely done with curtains for privacy for both rooms. Ample lighting, washing machines inside the unit itself, but dryer is only available at the office which means you have to lug your newly washed clothes down the elevator, hop on the opposite low rise lift and head over to the office to access the dryer Would I stay here again? I'll explore other hotels that is within walking distance to good food, but cleanliness is still my top priority and this hotel ticked that box
