I have to commend the amenities on the second floor – the self-service laundry and gym are an absolute godsend for travelers! The laundry machines were clean and efficient, leaving clothes fluffy and soft after drying – a huge plus for guests staying more than a couple of nights. While the adjacent gym isn't huge, it's well-equipped with essentials like treadmills and dumbbells, perfect for unwinding and de-stressing after a busy day. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, always ready to answer questions and quick to assist. Overall, it offers fantastic value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next trip to Shantou.

Service: The front desk lady was incredibly nice and served breakfast. Although we only ate there once, it was incredibly rich. Even though we arrived early, many items were already arriving. Because I make coffee every morning, I need a lot of water. Just a phone call or a quick visit to the front desk ensures a consistent supply. The lobby provides lemonade and tea. If they run out of water, the front desk will provide dried lemon slices and tea leaves for guests to take back to their rooms. This was very thoughtful. The hotel offers free parking, and there are plenty of spaces. Just report to the front desk. It's supposed to be every 48 hours, but in reality, it takes more than a day. This could be improved. A few times, I was asked to pay at the exit, and I had no choice but to go back and report before leaving. Facilities: As this is a new hotel, everything is new, and the bedding is as comfortable as ever. The hotel has a laundry room. I stayed there for four days, and on my last day, I took my dirty clothes to wash. They had both a washing machine and dryer, so I didn't have to go downstairs to dry them myself. The staff took care of everything for me, even folding my clothes and bringing them to my room. Our room had a sea view. Although a typhoon was passing during our visit, it was still nice to be able to see the sea view on the mornings when the weather was nice. Cleanliness: The cleaning lady was very thorough. If there wasn't any cleaning, she would give me extra trash bags. I was told to put takeout or other trash in the bags and leave them at the door, and they would pick it up if they saw it.
