I overslept the next day, and the breakfast time of the homestay had already exceeded, but the beautiful girl at the front desk still asked the kitchen to prepare rice noodle soup for us! The hotel’s room & lobby cleanliness is well-maintained. My room felt fresh, tidy, and inviting, with thoughtful touches that showed the care and attention put into daily upkeep. The housekeeping team did an amazing job, and I truly appreciated their promptness and consistency throughout my stay. The location is also a major highlight – conveniently situated near key attractions located in shantou old city , dining options, yet peaceful enough for a restful night’s sleep. It made exploring the area effortless, and I could easily return to the hotel for a quick rest before heading out again. The amenities exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern, well-equipped, and thoughtfully designed to cater to both leisure and big group of families. From the helpful lounge areas to the private VIP big room facilities, and in-room conveniences, everything was in place to make my stay both enjoyable and productive. Overall, my experience here was nothing short of excellent. It’s rare to find a place that delivers consistently on all fronts – cleanliness, service, location, and amenities – but this hotel truly does. My one-night stay at Atour in Shantou was fantastic. Firstly, the hotel boasts a superb location, incredibly close to Shantou MixC and Longyan South Road, both within easy walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, and the late-night millet porridge was a particular hit with our little one! Despite our family room window facing residential buildings, it was surprisingly quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The room itself was quite spacious, and the laundry service was truly impressive. You simply place your clothes in the designated laundry bag, and staff will wash them and return them neatly hung on your door. The front desk staff who handled our check-in were also incredibly helpful and attentive! Seeing we had a child, they even offered us complimentary breakfast. I absolutely have to visit Shantou again! What a warm and welcoming city.

The open-air courtyard was bright and sunny, and the staff were very friendly. The room was clean and tidy, with great lighting. The bedding was comfortable, which was perfect for someone who's very particular about sleep quality. The king-size bed was 6 feet long. The value was excellent and I was very satisfied. And the breakfast was delicious! I'd definitely choose this B&B again next time I visit!
