I stayed for 8 nights in the hotel and I’m really surprised by how spacious rooms were that I can even dance in it!! Hotel staff were nice, the cleaning lady was even nicer and always cleaned our room everyday. Food deliveries are super convenient here and safe as they deliver it via the robots (super cute) and the whole room can be controlled by AI (great for lazy people). Location wise it was a good central place near the famous spots in Swatow, food wise not so much choices around the area. The hotel customers staying at the hotel were super noisy, thank god that the rooms were pretty much sound proof. Don’t recommend getting the breakfast at the hotel because it was quite distasteful… Hotel customers were rude and didn’t have etiquette at the dining place so It’s highly recommended to order food delivery for breakfast.

The hotel is very hygienic and modern. The room is large, clean and was cleaned daily and equipped with toothbrushes, razor blades and room shoes. Next to the hotel there is a large supermarket and a little further there is a small mall with shops, also this is close to many toy markets of Shantou chenghai district. The service is excellent, the staff are very helpful and there is a laundry room that guests can use. All in all a very pleasant stay.

First time to Chaoshan. 5.4 checked into Chaozhou Huaxhui Hotel, and was surprised by the result. Why was everything so bad? 5.5 checked into Atour. I can only say Atour is really my YYDs! And I ate well and slept well in Shantou. I love Shantou people so much. Everyone is so enthusiastic, super nice and friendly, whether it is the driver or the hotel lady and brother! I will come again next time

The environment was clean and comfortable. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The hotel supplies were very high-end, and the mini bar was replenished in time. It was my first time to wash clothes in the hotel's laundry room. A short-sleeved shirt was wrinkled in the box. I saw an ironing machine and wanted to iron it, but my life didn't know how to iron it. The staff of the housekeeping department saw it and helped me iron it straight. I am really grateful. At the end of the check-out, they also gave me a souvenir, which was very thoughtful.
