It is a small but very pleasant hotel. Maynot be suitable for elderlies as there is no porter. Especially if you have to carry your large heavy luggages up the stairs to the hotel lobby. 1. Location : Convenient. Food is easily available within 5~15mins walk. 20~25mins walk to Longyan South night food street. 1.1 Hotel is about 7~8km from Shantou Railway Station. Taxi fare approximately RMB 38+/- 1.2 Hotel is about 4~5km to Shantou Ancient City (small garden). Taxi fare approximately RMB 18+/- 2. Service at Reception: Exceptional! All staffs we encountered were very helpful and friendly. 6 stars!!! 3. Hotel Rooms : Very basic but clean & modern. 4. Hotel lobby : Very small and spartan. 5. Transport : No MRT, no buses. However, DiDi taxi is easily and readily available… and fees are very affordable too.

The hotel is 10 yuan away from the train station by taxi, and there are many restaurants nearby. From Mr. Zhang and Ms. Feng at the front desk to the cleaning lady, they are all warm and thoughtful. The linens in the room are very new and clean. The shower water is large and drains quickly. The air conditioner is cold enough. There is a slight car noise on the roadside, which does not affect it. In short, I am impressed by the enthusiasm and cleanliness of Orange, and I will come again in the future.

The girl at the front desk has a good service attitude. There is a park hotel opposite and there are shared electric vehicles in front of it, making travel very convenient. The location of the hotel is pretty good, very close to Nongong South Road Food Street and small parks. The hotel's breakfast is also very good, with Shantou's special flavors, which suits our appetite very well.

Hotel was renovated few years back. Staffs are friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the bathroom toiletries fully provided. Hot water flow is good compared to previous times when the flow is not constant. Overall renovated nicely. Of course room rates are up which is understandable. Direct airport bus to and from this hotel. Strongly recommended.

The very best of understanding and supporting hotel ever! We're so impressed with service. We're on badly situation 26 JUL 2024 effected to 27 JUL 2024 (booking and check in date). Hotel's staffs seem know and understand the situation we have been at Chaozhou. They speak Teochew with my dad and give very warm welcome to us. Offer called taxi (Didi) and advance pay for us on round trip going anywhere. Best staffs hotel ever! 26 arrived at Chaozhou on 15:15 heavy rain! (Me and my mom & dad (both 78ys) can't walk to hotel (2 km away). Hire taxi by Didi, on queues! 3 hours; taxi still on queue and heavy rain. The water level rises! Citi gets flood! We stucked at airport bus drop off. Electricity went off. Everywhere getting dark except than street because street light on. Water stop to raise up at thigh deep. We have been on these situation all night with few breads and drinking water. 4 AM situation getting better, water at knee deep. 5 AM water at shin deep. 6 AM water at ankle deep. We found taxi so we hire taxi go to Yibisi in Shantou Small Park (reserve to stay here 2 nights).

The B&B is not big. Walk into the small front desk and elegant cafe. The more hidden stairs next to the front desk lead to the guest rooms on the second and third floors. The layout of the B&B is beautiful and warm, and there are tiles with various patterns on the stairs, full of nostalgic Nanyang flavor. The only drawback is that there is no elevator in the B&B and the stairs are a bit steep, but the lady at the reception thoughtfully helped us carry our luggage upstairs, saving us some trouble. The rooms in the B&B are acceptable. Our standard room has separate dry and wet rooms. The small living room has a long Chinese-style seat, two rocking chairs and a small coffee table (there are some tea sets on the coffee table that we don’t use); the door There are wardrobes, air purifiers, etc. next to it. Thanks to the receptionist for the gift, each of us got a drink from the cafe during our stay this time, whether it was American style, latte, or a drink with local characteristics. We sat in the cafe and sipped our drinks leisurely, stirring the ice cubes in the drinks while imagining the passers-by outside the door. It seemed that we could temporarily leave our worries behind.

I decided to go to Chaoshan on a whim. I just wanted to relax and find a hotel with convenient transportation. The hotel is very close to the small park and the check-in point Shantou Hostel. The food street is opposite the exit behind the community. The room is newly renovated and well-equipped. The door and the room have passwords, which is very safe. The hotel provides a chartered car service to Nan'ao Island, which is very convenient. I added WeChat when I checked in, and I communicated directly if I had any questions, which is very humane.

the location is excellent. Surroundings have many restaurants and small shops. For entertainment, you can also find KTV and massage shops within 5 minutes walk too.

The room hygiene is okay, the facilities are okay, the snacks in the hotel are okay, the service attitude is good, it is more expensive during the Chinese New Year, the wellness center experience coupon was given but not used, there is Starbucks and Pizza Hut downstairs.
