Shantou Longhu District Hotels

I chose this hotel based on reviews AND free station pick up. 2 adults and 1 teenager; fit in nicely in Twin room. We are very happy with the service and the room matched the photos. Before leaving Aust, I called the hotel to ask their WeChat number, and arranged pick up. We were picked up promptly. Reception staff were friendly although not all of them can speak English. We don’t speak Chinese either. Kevin (maybe a manager?) showed us how to take public bus straight to Nan’ao island and another staff from hotel went above his way to get us small change for the bus! Thank you all so much. I will recommend highly!

The hotel is very clean, the facilities are very new, there is a small courtyard in the middle, the environment is really good, there are too many things to eat for breakfast, and the price is acceptable. The service attitude of the front desk staff is very good and enthusiastic. Overall, I am very satisfied 😊 The details are well done 👍

As a family with 2 young children, it was pleasant to have two rooms of our desired arrangement that can be connected together via an inside door. The two rooms we booked are both spacious and clean. The decorations were the old-fashioned 90s luxury style. The hotel is opposite a shopping mall and it is easy to reach Walmart and Watson nearby.

Our overall experience was very positive—the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing us with a pleasant and welcoming environment. I would especially like to recognize the young lady who was on duty at the reception on the night of 25 October 2024. Unfortunately, we didn’t catch her name, but we had a memorable experience with her assistance. It was around 10:30 pm when my wife and I encountered difficulties connecting to the apartment’s Wi-Fi. Despite the late hour, she showed remarkable patience and kindness, helping us resolve the issue promptly and with genuine care. Her dedication and customer-focused attitude made a significant difference in our stay, and we felt genuinely valued as guests because of her professionalism and attentiveness. Employees like her truly enhance the reputation of your establishment, and I hope she receives recognition for her outstanding service. Thank you once again for a wonderful stay. Location is good. Walking distance to eateries and market. Service staff are very good, polite and pleasant. They are very eager to handle all our queries. Very good attitude The housekeeping staff does an excellent job and is very eager to offer any help. Will certainly come here again in my next stay. It is a relatively new hotel and everyone is good and clean. Only setback is they should have certain floors which are strictly non smoking to cater to family with kids. My non smoking room has an ash tray.

The decoration facilities are very new. The apartment is located behind the MixC. It is in the city center and quite prosperous. There are many delicious foods around. The front desk is also very enthusiastic. The room is large. It is a warm homestay. I will come again.

Excellent Stay with Outstanding Service I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The customer service was exceptional—fast, friendly, and always willing to help. Staff 瑞辰 😊went above and beyond by accommodating our request for a late checkout, which perfectly fit our schedule before heading to the airport. The lobby and room had a pleasant, refreshing smell that made the atmosphere even more welcoming. Another great convenience was the DIY laundry service on the 4th floor, which was very useful during our stay. Good variety of breakfast selections as well. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and outstanding hospitality. I would definitely stay here again!

My usual stay in Shantou is International Hotel although older but is exceptionally good . This time we decided to try out the newly opened Hampton by Hilton and we were very impressed with its use of latest technology eg : contactless card key which gives direct access to the floor level that one is staying with a swipe of card and prompt response from the housekeeping with the use of robot delivery. The front office staff are very helpful and informative and they helped us to book Didi to our destination when there are no taxis available. The breakfast is varied and good. Of course I still prefer the breakfast at the revolving restaurant on top of International Hotel

Upon entering the B&B, I was immediately struck by the tasteful and stylish decor. The interior is thoughtfully designed, with a mix of modern and traditional elements that create a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. My room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. I appreciated the little touches, such as dry flowers and a complimentary bottle of water and flower teas, that made me feel truly pampered. The front desk staff at Shanheli B&B were exceptional in every way. She is friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. She is always available to answer any questions I had and provided excellent recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. I highly recommend this B&B to anyone visiting Shantou and looking for a comfortable and charming place to stay.

I had a wonderful stay at Yuhouse High Altitude Sea View Loft Apartment (Shantou High-Speed Railway Station Branch) with my family. We booked a total of six rooms, and all of them were clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The facilities were excellent, and the breathtaking sea view made our stay even more enjoyable. Even though we never met the staff in person, their service was still excellent. They responded quickly to our inquiries via WeChat, which made the check-in process and overall stay smooth and convenient. The only slight drawback was the location, which was average in terms of accessibility. However, this did not significantly affect our overall experience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our trip as a family and would highly recommend this place for those looking for a clean, well-equipped, and comfortable stay with a beautiful view!
