It is a pity that I did not experience this function when I was leaving. The hotel has an underground parking lot, which is convenient for parking and traveling. The breakfast buffet is all you can eat. The room is very clean and odorless. I was very impressed by this hotel albeit just outside the main area of the town, a slow walk of 2 kilometres. The reception was very efficient in checking us in and allocate our room on the 10th floor. The room was large by the standards we were accustomed to in the West, whilst the bed was just right and very comfortable. The costs of our 2 night stay was incrediblely cheap with breakfast by any standard albeit Chaoyang isn't a 1st line city. The service we got was second to none, especially the night front desk lady - Suki Li and the day front desk young man - Alan Cheng. They bent over backward to help especially with my limited putonghua by conversing in Cantonese instead. They helped with taxi bookings when I could not because of I didn't have a local mobile number plus trying to use the automated vending machine which was QR coded as per norm in China. Breakfast was a mixture of oriental and western food. I was glad that the hotel has decent English breakfast tea unlike many others that we had stayed in, in additonal, the self service coffee machine can produce a decent coffee that satisfied the wife ( 2 shots of expresso plus 1 flat white or 1 Americano). The only complaint I have was that there is no milk power or fresh milk available in the room for making tea or coffee, it's one issue that the hotel management should consider in the near future. Overall, the hotel was cleaned and modern. I have no hesitation in recommend it.

酒店的自助洗衣房太讓人驚喜了！器械都是全新的專業品牌，洗衣機、烘乾機等一應俱全，還貼心配備了衣架和掛燙機，洗完在旁邊的休息區喝口水，看着玩玩手機特別放鬆，住店期間每天都很方便，重點誇誇酒店的設施設備！水温控制得剛剛好，不會覺得涼，舒適，設施和服務都很在線！不僅有自助咖啡、果汁和小點心隨時供應，座位區還分了休閑區和辦公區，辦公區有高速WiFi和充電插座，臨時處理工作特別方便。性價比絕了。房間裏的智能設施太加分了！用語音就能控制燈光、窗簾和空調，不用起身操作特別省心。電視還支持投屏，晚上窩在沙發上看自己存的電影，畫質和音效都很好，體驗感堪比私人影院。酒店的八樓休閑區設施很專業！獨立的觀景大露台乾淨整潔，用的香薰味道很舒緩，還有專門的假山魚池和休息區。在休息區喝杯花茶，聽着輕柔的音樂，整個人都放鬆下來，疲憊感全消。剛進房間就被衞生細節打動！桌面、牀頭櫃一塵不染，連縫隙裏都沒有灰塵，床單被套摸起來柔軟又乾淨，沒有一絲異味或毛髮，光腳踩在地毯上也完全放心，這種潔凈度讓人住得特別安心。衞生間的衞生做得太到位了！馬桶圈、洗手枱和鏡面都擦得鋥亮，沒有水漬和污漬，淋浴間的玻璃門也沒有水垢，地面乾爽不滑。洗漱用品都是全新未開封的，連垃圾桶都清理得乾乾淨淨，細節滿分。不得不誇酒店的清潔效率！前一天晚上隨手放在沙發上的外套，第二天回來發現被疊得整整齊齊，用過的水杯也換了新的，桌面殘留的零食碎屑完全不見蹤影，每天打掃都像重新整理過一樣，特別貼心。餐廳的衞生肉眼可見的好！每張桌子用餐後都及時清理，桌面沒有食物殘渣和油污，餐具都是高温消毒過的，摸起來温熱乾爽。取餐區的食物都有防塵罩，工作人員還會定時更換公筷公勺，吃得很放心。衞生管理很讓人滿意！池水清澈透亮，能清楚看到池底，沒有漂浮物或異味，岸邊的躺椅和毛巾每天都會更換清洗，休息區的地面也隨時有人打掃，赤腳走動不用擔心臟污，體驗感很好。辦理入住時太暖心了！工作人員不僅主動幫我提沉重的行李箱，還詳細介紹了酒店的設施位置，得知我是來出差，特意升級了安靜的高樓層房間，還附贈了本地早餐地圖，細節處全是貼心。客房服務效率絕了！晚上想加一條毛巾，打電話後不到5分鐘就送到了，服務員還貼心地用洗衣袋裝着，怕浴巾碰到。第二天發現我隨口提的“需要多一條毯子”，已經提前放在了床頭，太懂需求了。前台的推薦超靠譜！想找一家本地人常去的餐廳，前台不僅詳細告知了路線，還幫我提前預約了座位，甚至提醒我餐廳的特色菜和營業時間，去了之後果然沒踩雷，必須給前台點贊。早餐時的服務特別周到！剛坐下就有服務員主動遞上問候，看到我喜歡喝豆漿，還會主動詢問是否需要續杯。不小心打翻了餐具，服務員第一時間過來清理，全程沒有一絲不耐煩，體驗感很好。遇到突**況時，工作人員的處理讓人安心！出門時不小心把房卡落在了房間，聯繫前台後，客房很快帶着備用房卡趕來，還耐心核對了訊息，全程高效又專業，完全沒耽誤行程。酒店大堂環境太驚艷了！挑高設計搭配暖色調燈光，搭配綠植和藝術擺件，進門就像走進了雅緻的藝術館，沒有傳統酒店的壓抑感，連等待辦理入住都成了一種享受。房間窗外的景觀絕了！我選的豪華大床房，房間裏還擺了小書桌，坐在窗邊看書喝茶，愜意到不想出門。酒店八樓環境太治癒了！石板路兩旁種滿了綠植和鮮花，中間還有魚池，走在裏面能聽到水流聲和鳥鳴，傍晚坐在庭院的長椅上吹風，遠離城市喧囂，特別放鬆。走廊的環境細節很用心！走廊鋪了厚實的地毯，走路完全沒有腳步聲，燈光柔和不刺眼，每間房門口都掛了精緻的裝飾畫，連指示牌都設計得很有格調，走在裏面很舒服。露台的環境太適合放鬆了！露台上擺了桌椅和遮陽傘，晚上亮燈後氛圍超浪漫，能看到城市夜景，吹着晚風喝杯小酒，一天的疲憊都被吹散了。

春節期間預訂 這家價格很良心 ，因為附近有英歌舞所以預訂的 位置相比較主城區有點距離 我們自駕也還可以， 整體衞生算可以的 比預期好 ，看到評分三點多其實有點擔心，自己帶了隔臟被套所以覺得還行， 建議自帶隔臟睡袋。 衞生間窗户隔音確實一般，然後水龍頭下水聲音也挺大。但是整體是滿意的。
