公寓在華潤大廈東塔，萬象城商場後面，距離龍眼南美食街有15分鐘路程，位置理想。酒店設施較舊，價錢便宜。由於公寓位處商業大廈10樓內，接待處亦在10樓，我和其他酒店住客在大堂都不知如何到聯絡公寓前台，樓下大廈男保安只表示打電話到接待處，惟我們沒有本地電話號碼，幸得大廈女接待開閘讓我們上10樓，因此公寓需要注意這不便的情況，應該一早通知住客有關入住詳情，免得浪費時間。
