[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]離小公園非常近，但是坐公交要繞一小段路 不過也衹要幾分鐘 總體來説非常好了
[房屋設施我一定要提]無可挑剔 這間可以説是我住過最好看的民宿了 房間裏還有很多小驚喜 而且很細心 還有指甲鉗 皮筋 雨傘 墨鏡
[入住期間我去過的景點有]坐公交去了龍眼南路去了南澳島小公園走兩步就到了 還是挺不錯的
[對於房東，我想説]房東很好 還給推薦了很多美食 房東給的攻略是真的用心 我自己都做不了這麼細的攻略哈哈哈

民宿位置很好，距離小公園步行五分鐘。房東超級熱情，有什麼需要基本上都是秒回。房間內很乾凈很温馨，很好的一間民宿，推薦！

房間乾淨，佈置得很温馨，有家的味道，房東很細心，也很nice，提前聯繫告知相關事宜，還幫助搬行李。交通很方便，離汕頭小公園很近，也很安靜。性價比很高，非常喜歡。

【位置】對於旅行的人來説，這個位置很棒。離小公園步行可達，要坐公交到南澳島步行不到一站路就有站台。
【服務】房東很貼心，整理了周邊景點和好吃指南，包括室內設施使用指南，一目瞭然。同時，房東見我帶了小朋友主動幫我送到房間。達到了有求必應。
【房屋】房屋雖是老房子改建裝修，外面破不影響裏面，裏面麻雀雖小五臟俱全。
