服務差，衞生一般般，退房到1:53分敲門沒電話，門口説退房超時10鍾需要扣半天房費，不知道以為自己進了一家黑店，有史以來沒遇見過這樣的，服務員態度更是惡劣，前台很囂張的跟我説我們都是這樣的，要不然你6點退也行算多一天。無語，希望廣大好友提前預防這種事情。

已經算是為數不多的掛着星級酒店名號，但是設施和服務做的很不到位的酒店了。帶着老外來入住酒店，酒店房間的設施都很陳舊，廁所門已經發黴了，房間衹有主樓的核心效果可以，輔樓樓下是KTV會所，晚上各種"狼"叫，裙樓樓下是夜宵攤，晚上各種六六六，五魁首，別問我怎麼知道的。誰住誰知道！！！！！
