Location isolated with construction sites and no shop or restaurant nearby and front desk staff are no friendly and helpful

When we booked, trip.com showed the walking distance to shantou railway station as 6-7min walk. However when we were there, we realised its impossible to walk! You need to take a didi to the railway station. Staff told us to take didi. It cost rmb10. Apart from location, everything else was good! Loved the clean and huge rooms! Staff allowed early check-in and were extremely polite! Vienna never fails to disappoint. Trip.com should update the maps and information about the hotel so that customers can make more informed choices before choosing.

The high speed railway station has moved and is no longer beside the hotel. This information was not available when we booked the hotel. However the concierge quickly made up for it by booking a free shuttle for us ! Good job! By the way the restaurant is also closed and only breakfast is served at the hotel. This was also not updated at the time of booking.

Because of to catch the train early morning, so choose this hotel. Room big and clean.
But the hotel a bit old and at main hall, ceiling paint drop.
