洒店服務很好， 入住當天因為太早未能 安排上房， 職員無論安排寄存行李， 也做得非常細心， 晚上回來前枱接待我們的男職員， 對我說因為房間不是太緊張已經給我升級更大的房間， 原定汕頭的旅程會比較安排長一些， 和職員溝通可否 晚一些退房， 他又幫我將退房時間 安排至一時半， 酒店的服務真是很好， 唯獨是我忘記他的名字， 想再多嘉稱讚他也不能和大家分享， 酒店的早餐非常豐富， 味道也很好， 在23樓旋轉餐廳 ，已經可以飽覽汕頭的風景， 酒店另外一位接待我們的職員Amelia She 態度非常親切友善， 我們退房後， 等車離開時， 酒店大堂的職員 真是無微不至， 先幫我們安排坐近門口位置， 更奉上潮汕三寶的飲品， 真是非常窩心， 離開酒店時另外一位職員， 又送我們上車更幫忙將行李安放在車上， 司機叔叔跟我們說 ：這間酒店服務真是一流， 出名親切到位， 在汕頭真是 超水準的酒店， 我也非常贊同。

服務：當天是凌晨入住，比較晚了，但是前台小肖還是態度很好，很快得辦理了入住。另一位服務生小郭看我行李比較多還幫我把行李拿到房間。
設施：酒店外邊看着確實是有點老了，但是瑕不掩瑜，內部保養的非常好，酒店還很貼心的送了四瓶礦泉水、咖啡、茶和汕頭特殊小零食。
整體的體驗非常的好，超一流的服務，超一流的環境，來汕頭的第一選擇！

帶娃自駕來汕頭玩，想離美食街近一些，出行方便，環境好一些，汕頭國際大酒店就很符合要求，定了高級大床房，到了以後由前台小謝接待，服務非常好，説看我們帶娃，還要住四天，給我們免費升級了行政套房，保潔小喬也服務很好，看我們喝水多特地給我們多放了幾瓶水，住了四晚休息得很好，還有充電位

一到酒店就被告知因為四件房要安排在一樓層，所以給升級了房間，算是小驚喜。等房期間在酒店內中餐館吃了飯，大堂經理非常體貼。入住後，可見房間雖然有年代感，但可以看得出當年的高標準，東西都是乾乾淨淨。每個工作人員都是情商智商在線，真正讓人覺得賓至如歸。特別感謝為我們服務的工作人員餘小珍大姐，看我父親腰不好，立刻搬來棕墊，離店我父親一定要給她寫感謝信。一個酒店小小店的細緻與感動就在這為顧客着想的一點一滴中吧。必須好評！
