服務非常不滿意！未到規定14：00前客人都未有辦理退房時！就私自進入客人房間進行清潔處理並更換進房密碼！客人打算回房休息一會才退房都無法再進入！😡質疑保潔人員時又説是前台客服通知説客人已退房可以打掃！去問前台客服問又説是保潔人員私自打開與前台無關！相互扯皮推卸！態度不友好！對客人愛理不理！

服務態度可以，但酒店衞生很一般牆紙發黴，租了兩天、兩個房間，其中一個房間的排氣扇是壞的，吹髮機沒熱風，另外一個房間電視開不了機，哈哈！第一天7點半去吃早餐，餐廳服務員應該沒準備好，食物品種少，供應慢，第二天有好轉。餐廳衞生環境也很一般。總結：衹此一次！
