設施：設施新，裝修有格調。
衞生：衞生乾淨，注重細節，整體保養的好，沒有死角。
環境：環境非常好，無論是check in的公共區域還是房間。雖然民宿在寫字樓裏，但一點不影響它的格調和環境，到了民宿所在樓層就讓人驚訝這裏別有洞天。而且位於寫字樓頂層，視野開闊。
服務：服務更是沒得説，細心周到，有事找管家，管家微信幾乎都是一秒響應。包括退房當天得知我們快要遲到，還幫忙把寄存的行李送下樓送到街面上，非常感謝。

設施：但房間沒有全身鏡、浴袍，略微不方便😂

房間很乾凈，床也很舒服。主要是服務非常好，這邊突然降温，衹有來的時候穿了一身厚一點的衣服，一直穿有點臟啦，拿到前台幫忙洗好烘乾後放在房間。

民宿在公寓樓的29層，環境很好，位置也很方便，就在萬象城旁邊～提供的用品也很細節到位，比如有提供一次性的浴巾毛巾等
美中不足就是隔音不太好，沒辦法睡懶覺
還有房間裏面沒有全身鏡

帶小朋友來潮汕旅遊，第一站汕頭選擇了評分很高的雲川1900，隱藏在寫字樓裏的寶藏民宿，首先風格是我一直偏愛的極簡復古風，很小資也很精緻，有種讓人安靜下來的清冷感。房間配品都很有質感，一看就是精心準備的，衞生很好，對於像我這種有潔癖且對居住環境要求比較高的住客，已經可以打高分了，這裏的服務人員雖然話不多，但很認真，每次詢問，有問必答，很有耐心。每天可以喝到管家專做的咖啡，有種訂酒店還贈送專屬咖啡館的驚喜。贈送了旅拍，雖然是送的，但拍出來還挺不錯的。除此之外，地理位置優越，吃喝方便。推薦+好評。
