設施：麻雀雖小，五臟俱全。海濱路附近分有上下樓的loft，絕絕子～廁所還是乾濕分離有專門小隔斷的，有冰箱洗衣機，一應俱全～
環境：在一個看起來很新的小區裏，小區門口會有保安，感覺很高端上檔次～距離龍眼南路10塊錢打車，附近樓下沒啥吃飯的地方，但好在離吃飯的地方不算太遠哈哈。不過汕頭也沒有地鐵，去哪裡都要打車的話還是很划算的，畢竟價格真的很香～～
服務：家裡沒有晾衣架問老闆要，也及時從庫房找的送來了～哈哈感謝老闆
*需要注意的是，我是在25年5月左右去住的房子，樓下在修路還是什麼，有一定噪音從早上差不多8-9點開始吧（對於想睡懶覺的寶子要慎重考慮下）。汕頭遍地的小電驢，如果想騎車的也會一定程度上影響出行（出入口的路有一小段施工區域不太好走，打車不影響）
