It is more convenient to go out and take the car. It is super intimate. I will stay here again next time. I don’t go to Shantou City. I have to take more than 40 yuan every time I take a taxi. The moment I opened the door, I heard the electronic lock emit a chord sound like a spring. The modern and simple design that came into view was in line with my aesthetics! The air was filled with the scent of wood! This artistic old money style homestay unfolded an immersive narrative about modern travel for me during my trip to Shantou in May. There was a former hotel concierge Golden Key in the store, who was very enthusiastic and provided very considerate service! He introduced all the delicious and fun places around! He also sent me an electronic map for me to browse! For me, a newbie in Shantou tourism, it was really practical! I overslept the next day, and the breakfast time of the homestay had already exceeded, but the beautiful girl at the front desk still asked the kitchen to prepare rice noodle soup for us! Went to the address listed on Trip and it was a closed room in a commercial building with a sign hung on the door saying that they were ”out for delivery, will be back soon” and a WeChat contact. I added the WeChat but they didn't respond, so I called the property via Trip, then they finally responded. Not really clean (stains on walls, dust on floor, hair in bathroom). It was expensive due to the Qingming Festival holiday... Location was really good though, next to the mixc mall. The English property name on Trip (Lavande) is misleading. It is not ”Lavande” (麗枫) but ”Dongfeng” (東枫), as printed on their towels. Doesn't seem to be related to the Lavande hotel chain.
