Good location: can access many attractions by a few minutes walk, some famous shops and cafes are just located on the same street! Room: The balcony room is very suitable for taking pictures

Location of the hotel is great, near to small park. However, room 321 is having a stench piping smell when we entered the room, also, we realised level 3 being the top level of the hotel, the room is located under a residential unit. The unit is banging with tools when we checked in at 9pm plus, and started ”making noise” from early morning, this was not very pleasant! Luckily we wanted to wake up early to start our day, else it is real distabance. The room door needs to close very heavily else the warning sound will keep beeping - this seems like a ”faulty quality door”, how can guests be banging to close the door every now and then, it will be so disturbing to other guests who might be resting. Nice that the hotel extended our check out till 1pm. Thanks for that.

Overall it was a very nice and comfortable hotel. My parents liked the view. Convenient location as it’s beside the attraction area. Maybe the breakfast can have more varieties but it’s also fine as the food area is accessible too. Will come back here.

Hotel occupies 4 stories of a mixed use building. It looks like a temporary hotel as there are construction works of another hotel or the same hotel going on within the same building. As the builders use the same 2 lifts serving the building, the lifts are very dirty and dusty as a result. There’s also no access control to the 4 hotel floors which means any outsider could enter the “hotel” corridors. Aside from this, the room was comfortable enough. The beds, pillows and sheets were new and comfortable. The room also overlooked the 内湾 river. For the price, however, it was disappointing that the room wasn’t equipped with a mini fridge, a rack for luggage, and adequate hooks for clothes. Many other budget hotels are better equipped.
