The receptionist replies to everything NO! Doesn't take any initiative and constantly replies, ‘I am not the manager’! I asked her on arrival if there was a safe place to park my motorbike: ‘No’! I asked her for paper or a piece of cardboard to put under my motorbike, I wanted to lubricate the chain: ‘we don't have that’! I asked her for a newspaper: ‘we don't have that, you have to buy it in a newsagent’! I told her I didn't want to read today's newspaper but wanted to protect the car park: total indifference. Dinner was average with little flavour. After dinner, I saw the camera footage behind the bar. I said so there are safer parking places after all, I could have parked there? Her reply: ‘I am not the manager’! Now I asked her if I could have breakfast at 07:30 tomorrow morning because I had to catch the 09:00 ferry. Answer: ‘you can't, there is breakfast from 08:00’! What time does the staff come I asked, can you leave a note for a cup of coffee and bread? Answer: ‘NO, the staff comes up at 07:30 and i am not the manager’! I replied to her that I knew that by now as she had said that three times in three minutes. The next morning, I went down to the kitchen at 07:25. The chef was busy preparing breakfast. He wanted to make coffee for me immediately but unfortunately I ran out of time for that. He said he had started at 07 am (?) He quickly made me a hot sandwich and wrapped it in silver paper.
